| Construction Contracts Manager. Bristol £40,000 - £45,000 + Car + Benefits. My client is a Medium sized Contractor specialising in major refurbs up to the £2 million mark all across the South West. With an envious portfolio of Contracts across the region, they are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to strengthen their expanding team. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the tenders, pre contract and full life cycle of 2-3 simultaneous refurbishment contracts valued between £500,000 and £2.5 million. You will manage the Site staff, liaise directly with Clients, Architects and Engineers and report to the Construction Director. You will have come from a construction-based background and have gained experience in tendering for projects and managing multiple schemes simultaneously. You will possess good man management and time keeping skills and will already be working in a similar role.
