Job Description:
Construction Estimator. Bristol
£30,000 -£35,000 + £5,000 car + Benefits

My client is a leading National Contractor specialising in prestigious Education, Healthcare and Commercial Contracts all over the country up to £40 million in value. With a strong regional base in Bristol, they are looking to strengthen their South West Team with an experienced and driven Estimator.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for analysing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates for tendering Education and Healthcare construction projects. You will apply your knowledge of specialised methodologies, techniques, principles, and processes to ensure the optimum budgetary outlook on contracts being undertaken by my client. You will report to the commercial Manager.

Already working for another National Contractor, you will have a proven track record in preparing successful tenders for contracts over £5 million in value. You will work extremely well under pressure and to strict deadlines.

This position in return offers an outstanding salary, bonus and benefits package that will rival most at this level. Autonomy and freedom to work in your own way is complemented superbly by support and the opportunity to progress. If you are already working at Estimator level on major contracts, this is an excellent position to further enhance your career at a great level.

NB to apply for this position you must be eligible to work within the EU and living in the UK
