| Position M&E Quantity Surveyor Company Fawkes & Reece Contact Jamie Argyle Job Type Permanent Our Client, a market leading multi Discipline Consultancy Company that has been established for over 120 years and employees over 1200 staff across 13 countries, and has a major presence in the building services market place with major blue chip clients, requires an M&E quantity Surveyor to join their Greater London office. With national Contract wins this hungry and successful company are at the forefront of the Construction Consultancy industry. Project values Vary and include wins in excess of £35 million, As a proven M&E Quantity Surveyor you will have a track record working on complex major Building Services Projects. You will possess a proven background working within M&E doing surveys on full mechanical and electrical aspects of new build projects including Pipe work, HAVC systems and Ductwork along with Small power, lighting and BMS systems, to join the team in the role as an M&E Quantity Surveyor you will have experience in both pre and post contract projects and have the drive and confidence to work in a professional office based team. To join this company as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will have previously worked as an M&E Quantity Surveyor on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
