| Position Quantity Surveyor Location London / South East Salary £50k + Car + Full Benefits Company Fawkes & Reece Contact Adel Elsayed Job RM Reference VAC: AE38475 Job Type Permanent Job Description Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Our client is an established name on the UK building scene and cover new build, refurb and interior fit-out projects. Founded in 1994, our client has, a well deserved reputation for delivering outstanding quality and reliability, and are already one of the UK's leaders in heritage property renovations and fit-out. Projects are throughout London and the South East and range in value from £2m - £5m. Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Our client is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a £2.5m refurb/fit-out to a mixed development in Central London. The project has several elements including a 'Cut and Carve' to a commercial premises, a strip out of communal areas, and a fit-out to all areas including a residential space. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the smooth running of the project and will be able to lead and motivate a team. The Quantity Surveyor will be required to manage the whole financial aspect of the project and give regular progress reports to the Managing Quantity Surveyor. Aside from being tasked with the financial success of the project, the Quantity Surveyor will have a key role in dealing with the client and the architects and building string relationships with these will be central to the job. Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor For this project the client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience of similar projects. A background in refurbishment and fast track interior fit-out would be an advantage.. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be organized and self- motivated and have the ability to work to deadlines whilst retaining excellent standards of quality and service. A proven ability to see projects through to a successful completion is a must for applicants.
