They require a Quantity Surveyor to work on projects alongside some of the largest main contractors on the most prestigious projects in the country including T5, The Royal London Hospital and the London Olympics. With an unrivalled reputation for quality of delivery they are one of the most well known names in the UK fit-out market. Our client has an extremely wide ranging growth plan in place and is looking to diversify into other areas of the interior refurbishment sector. Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor The Quantity Surveyor role will all of the technical functions of a Quantity Surveyor such as take-offs, variations, reconciliations and possibly even final accounts. The role will also involve travelling around the active sites to monitor progress and attend regular meetings with clients and main-contractors so ideally candidates will be well presented with good client facing skills. The role is semi autonomous with Quantity Surveyor choosing how to best spend their working day and answering to a Commercial Manager. Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor The right candidate will ideally have some knowledge of the fit-out and interior refurbishment markets although this is not essential..
