They have a large refurbishment project worth £13.4m about to start in Central London. For this project they require an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a proven surveying background, based in the South of England. You will need very sound knowledge of final accounts and have a very good understanding of on site surveying duties. You will be responsible for collaborating invoices from sub contractors and producing CVRs for the Senior Quantity Surveyor.. Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - refurbishment For the right Intermediate Quantity Surveyor the client can offer a very attractive salary of £28k - £35k along with a good package of BUPA health cover and a car allowance.
