| Position Project Quantity Surveyor Location London Salary £50,000 + Car and full benefits Company Fawkes & Reece Contact Adel Elsayed Job RM Reference QUANTITY SURVEYOR VAC: 32650 Job Type Permanent Job Description Quantity Surveyor Our Client Our client is a large fit out contractor who provides bespoke professional refurbishment and new fit-outs for Luxury Hotels, Restaurants, Casinos, Sports Facilities and Fast Food outlets. They also provide refurbishment and new fit-out services for a number of high profile blue chip high street clients, ranging from department stores, multiple roll out programmes and bespoke shop units. They have a lot of departments covering a lot of sectors of the fit out sector and the Company provides fast track fit-out and refurbishment services for new or existing office accommodation. This service consists of re-organising, updating and renewing partitions, ceilings, floors, office furniture, IT/data and mechanical and electrical services. This is a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their London, regional office and work on an impressive portfolio of new build projects. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based on £20m Commercial contract in South London. The role they are looking to fill is for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team working on refurbishment for the retail & leisure section of their business. This is the 2nd largest side of the company and with them planning to increase the level of projects in this sector the role of a Quantity Surveyor will be a very busy one. The main duties of the Quantity Surveyor would be production of valuations for clients, cost analysis, attending variation & valuation meetings with client, and managing all financial aspects on projects in the region of £10m upwards. The Quantity Surveyor would report to the Managing Quantity Surveyor on a monthly basis. The Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for the day to day quantity surveying activities of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
