| Position: Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, Permanent Project Manager. Location: Central London Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car and Full Benefits Job RM Reference: PROJECT MANAGER - VAC/cs/KW/pm Job Description: Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, Permanent Project Manager. Job Type: Permanent Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, Permanent Project Manager. Our Client: Top 5, UK main contractor, known as excellent at encouraging career progression, with various regional offices covering all sectors of Construction. The Role: As Project Manager for this Regional office you will have a good track record working on Restoration, conversion and refurbishment projects on Graded Buildings and English Heritage sites. You will possess at least 4 years experience in a Project Manager role and will have ideally worked for a UK main contractor. This is a new opportunity for a Project Manager to work on a number of different projects recently won in Central London ranging from £2mill to £10mill, restoration of Churches for example. The successful Project Manager will be expected to work mainly on projects in the Central London region.
