| JOB DESCRIPTION CONFIGURATION & DATA MANAGER GROUP LEADER Responsible for ensuring the relevant Configuration management principles are applied to all products under configuration control in accordance with contractual requirements and those compatible with the EADS Configuration Management System As a member of an EOS project team provide advice on Configuration Management issues. Act as the central point of contact for Data Management and the issuing authority for formal product data. Maintain the design definition and manage change control Provide the main interface for all formal data transactions associated with products/projects from an external source In addition to project work, as Group Leader, this individual will be responsible for resourcing Configuration and Data Management tasks across all EOS projects, and will be responsible for coordination of Technical Data Management with counterparts in France and Germany. Qualifications and/or Skills Essential: "ONC or specialist knowledge in relevant discipline "Team worker with good interpersonal skills Previous Experience Experience in an engineering environment (design, manufacturing, test) Working knowledge of Configuration Management tools and methods Desirable: Experienced in use of Sprint Salary from - £35k - £39k | ||
