| Facilities Manager � Hard Services Milton Keynes £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits and package Our client is a market leader in Facilities Management services and due to further growth they are now actively looking to recruit the services of a Hard Services Facilities Manager ideally based in the Milton Keynes area. Looking after a total of 13 buildings and working closely with the current Contract Manager, your duties will include: Take responsibility for projects. Forward plan on projects and budgets. Attend meetings of a technical nature, and help resolve technical issues. Ensure service delivery complies with legislation. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Hold data centre or HVAC knowledge and experience. Educated to a minimum of ONC (or equivalent) but should preferably have a Degree, HNC (or equivalent) in an engineering based discipline. Should have served an apprenticeship or have followed a recognised formal training programme and experience in a related industrial environment, including managing people. Drive change in sub-contractors performance. Develop and maintain initiatives. Customer driven approach. Champion of best practice. All services within remit are delivered in a timely manner. Resolve technical issues. Must be able to make day to day decisions without reference to the Service Director.
