On behalf of our client, a leading global Project Management organisation, we require Quantity Surveyors.  Must hold a relevant degree from a recognised university, MRICS or equivalent is desired but not essential.  4-5 years post qualification experience.

Role & Responsibilities 

Responsible for providing a full range of pre and post contract quantity surveying duties, including cash flow programming, advising on feasibility studies, initial budgets, cost planning preparation of tendering and contract documentation through to financial reporting and the settlement of final accounts. Will be both office and site based working on variety of high profile and high value capital programmes projects in the region. Prospective candidates will be required to have demonstrable skills in current cost control techniques on projects of a similar nature and magnitude, together with knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract and International Methods of Measurement. Any international experience within the UAE or Middle East will be advantageous.

AED 35,000-40,000 per month  (inclusive of accom. Transport) plus return flight per annum and medical.
